IPOD problems? please help…?
So ive been having some problems with my 40 gb click wheel IPOD. I have been to the Apple Support sections, and did the 5 R’s (which havent worked)
So about the problem: I turn on the IPOD and it loads with the Apple logo, and then sometimes i get the Sad face with the URL, and sometimes i get the Folder with an Exclamation mark… it wont show that the IPOD is charging when i plug it into the wall, and when i plug it into the USB port, neither my comp. or Itunes will pick it up. Im completely confused as to what to do other than to go crazy hardcore on it with a baseball bat. Please help! I have tried almost everything…
Try to reload the Apple software.
The Apple Updater should do this for you.
If you load it and the problem still continues, it maybe that you need to replace the hard drive on the unit.
