plantar pain, calf pain and numbness in the foot – please help!?
Im 24 years old guy in shape, I played 6 years bball recently had problems with my feet and calves. 5 minutes in a match of the arches of the feet is a lot of pain, then my calf muscles cons the damage gets worse over time I'm on the court, then my left foot is numb. I was in poditrist and tell me they have not need orthopedic shoes that my feet Non-pronation insoles, however, suggested using the arch supports I used for 2 months. I also stretches the calf any day for 2 months. Nothing has changed – I can not do any strenuous exercise on a hard surface such as a court or a treadmill bball – like the pain is too much more. Anyone who has had a similar problem? Any suggestions appreciated. Thank you
Keep an eye on this issue and if the pain or tingling may still be the beginning PST. Pills is very painful and the pain does not help. I've had it for over 2 years and the doctor was slow to diagnose until I was in a critical way. Mine began with the sudden onset of pain the calf and legs. The pain was worse when the leg hangs. There was no heat in the area because the veins are inflamed. I'm in coumidin (warfarin) as a blood thinner. Usually when they say six months, the average for the rest of his life. The blood thinner does not solve the current problem of coagulation, but retains so-called formation of new clots. Deep vein thrombosis or DVT, is caused by a blood clot in a muscle and can be fatal. DVT can occur anywhere in the body but are most common in the deep veins of the legs, thighs and pelvis. Rarely can come from the upper extremities usually because of trauma or a permanent catheter (tube) or a device. Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) is a condition (thrombus) in which a clot blood in the deep venous system. Thrombophlebitis is a condition in which there is inflammation and blood clot in a vein. Thrombophlebitis can occur in superficial or deep veins. Surface thrombophlebitis occurs in veins near the surface of the skin and usually causes pain, swelling and redness in the area of the vein. Superficial thrombophlebitis usually is treated with heat, elevation of the leg or arm, and drugs anti-inflammatory. Deep vein thrombosis is a much bigger problem than a superficial vein. The reason is that a clot in a deep vein from a DVT can break off and travel through the deep veins to the heart, and eventually be pumped by the heart in the arteries of the lung. When this occurs, the condition is called pulmonary embolism (PE). The blood clot is called a process of embolism (embolism plural), and break and travel into the lungs is called embolism. Drugs did not help my pain. I now take Tizanidine 4mg 5/day and Lyrica Cv 100 mg 3 days. This allows the nerve pain and I can walk some now. I feel much better pain wise.
