Why are my feet are always cold? My toes turn purple sometimes too. HELP!!?

I’ve ALWAYS had super cold feet but lately I’ve noticed my toes turn purple sometimes. Yet when ever I press down on my toes- the normal color returns. Well- b/c I got so freaked out about this.. I went to the doctor & she basically said nothings wrong. :-/ (She never ran blood tests or anything like that.) What prompted me to write on here is b/c of what happened last night. I had 3 pairs of socks on (1 thick pair) & my feet were still ICE COLD. I even ran hot water over them but shortly after- they became ice cold again. I even wrapped myself up in a fleece blanket & had a down comforter over top. My feet were still freezing. It was 70 degrees in my house too. My feet ache sometimes too. They can almost look swollen & red. Idk what do to. I’m a 22 yr old female. 5’6″ 115-120 lbs. I don’t have health insurance. Is this something I should be concerned about??? PLEASE HELP!!! Thanks:)
I rarely eat meat. I mainly eat organic. Lots of fruits & veggies

ive got ice cold feet ALL the time too. It sucks. the only thing I can do is soak in them in a few inches of hot water in the tub for like 10 minutes, keep adding hot as often as you can. Then when you get out, dry them, put two or 3 pairs of socks on them, then put a pair of slippers over the top and leave them on as long as you possibly can. Do not wait to put them on as soon as you dry them, do it immediately. i have raynaud’s in my hands and not in my feet according to them and raynaud’s normal turns your fingers or feet purple or blue, not red. Red usually means you already have a good blood flow going thru them (opposite of raynaud’s).
